Built by server admins, for server admins

Where it started

Takaro grew out of CSMM (Catalysm's Server Manager and Monitor), a tool originally built for managing 7 Days to Die servers. CSMM was a community project that solved real problems for server admins: tracking players, running commands, automating moderation.

As more admins started managing multiple games, the limitations became clear. Different games, different tools, different dashboards. CSMM worked great for 7D2D, but Rust admins needed the same things. Minecraft admins too. The answer was not three separate tools. It was one platform that works across all of them.

That is how Takaro was born. Same philosophy as CSMM (practical tools for real server admin problems) but rebuilt to work across games.

What Takaro does

Takaro is a web-based management platform for game servers. It connects to your existing servers through their native protocols and adds features on top: in-game economy, teleports, automated moderation, Discord integration, player analytics, and more.

Everything is module-based. Install what you need, skip what you do not. There are 71+ modules available, and you can write your own using the API. See it in action on our supported games pages.

Community-driven

The best features in Takaro came from conversations with server admins. The Discord is where feature requests happen, bugs get reported, and new ideas take shape. If something is missing, say so. That is how this project moves forward.
